Elaine S. Brown has spoken as a presenter for continuing education to Licensed Professional Counselors and to Attorneys and their support staff. She is knowledgeable in courtroom demeanor and the law relating to employment, family, business needs and other related issues. She is available to speak for community groups in the areas of protecting your personal assets, custody concerns, employee/employer relationships.
Elaine S. Brown has volunteered as a judge and as a mentor to High school students who desire to learn more about the legal system though the Dating Violence program at Dripping Springs High School.
She has also spoken as a presenter on the mental health effects of divorce to the Saturday Divorce group which gives women information about the legal, financial and mental health issues surrounding Divorce.
Additionally, she has served on many volunteer boards relating to the welfare of children, including the Victoria Children's Museum, the Youth Home Board, and the Victoria Theater Board. She has also served as Girl Scout leader for girls in the Dripping Springs area. Ms. Brown is a member of the Dripping Springs Lions Club and the Hays County Bar Association.
Elaine S. Brown is a certified mediator and has conducted and participated in many mediations. Ms. Brown is also trained as a Collaborative lawyer.
Ms. Brown has experience in employment discrimination through her past work as an investigator for the TCHR agency and as a former hearings officer with TWC (formerly known as TEC).
Ms. Brown has litigated in court involving collections, divorce and custody disputes and while she encourages settlement in most cases, she is prepared to litigate your case, if necessary to protect your interests.
Jerome A. Brown is Board Certified in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy by the Texas Board of Legal Specializations.
With over 30 years as an attorney, Mr. Brown practices in the areas of business entities, contracts, collections, bankruptcy and related issues. He brings his wealth of experience and knowledge to assist his clients in resolving their legal disputes and protecting their assets.
Jerome A. Brown has been involved as a volunteer with the Dating Violence program at Dripping Springs High School. He has served on many nonprofit boards and is a past president of the Victoria Rotary Club.
