Will my divorce take a long time?
That is a tough question because some divorces may take a little more than 60 days (the required waiting period) and others may take years. Much of it has to do with the client and the other party and their desire to resolve issues.
What is Collaborative law?
Collaborative law is an approach to law in which both parties agree along with their attorneys to be transparent in their finances and other matters and to work together with other professionals to reach an agreed order.
Do I need an attorney to draft a contract?
While many individuals and even companies attempt to draft contracts, it is often advisable to have legal counsel to draft and review contracts. There are many legal ramifications to contracts that can affect the parties long after the contract is signed.
